General Overview

Quick jobs collect data from Advertisers and Jobseekers in order to make the site work.

The information we collect is only what you see in your own control panel when you register on the site so you control what information is stored on this site about your company or yourself as a Jobseeker. With this in mind, if you wish to edit or remove any information stored in your account, simply login and update it.

Your Data Security

We do offer a CV download service which is a free based service and open to any company who has a registered account. As such, we do not control the information contained within the documents you upload so companies may choose to keep any CV's they have chosen to download for their own records.

Your Password/Account

We strongly recommend that you keep the details of your user login private and do not pass them on to anyone else. Quickjobs.com.au cannot be held responsible for accounts where you have not made efforts to keep your login details private.

All aspects of your Advertiser and user accounts can be edited and updated simply by logging in and updating the information at any time. This costs nothing and can be done at any time. Naturally, the more you fill in, the more accurate the site will be when searching for jobs and profiles!

Use of Cookies

This site uses "cookies". These are small files stored on your computer which hold information relevant to your account. These can be deleted manually at any time or via your browser if the facility is available. It would mean you'll have to login more often and some parts of the site will not work without a cookie.

Payment Security

Where payments are made on the site (posting a job and viewing full creative profiles), we use Payment Gateway to secure payment processing as this is processed on secure, encrypted servers of 128Mbit Encryption.

Site Statistics

We use web stats to track visits throughout the site.

The information recorded is not related to your private accounts and tracking on the pages within your control panel does not record personal information, only how the site is used which helps us to continue development and make the experience better for both advertisers and jobseekers

Age Limits

This site is available to users over 16 years old and legally entitled to work. The site will from time to time offer work relevant to school leavers and as such if you are legally entitled to work then you are welcome to make use of the site although it is very much aimed at a market where commercial experience is important so please do bear this in mind. That said, we all have to start somewhere so we would be like to include everyone where possible.
